Mental Health Therapist
A New Perspective Counseling, PLLC is seeking a compassionate, fully licensed mental health therapist to join our growing practice. This role offers the opportunity to provide both in-person and virtual therapy while maintaining professional autonomy within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy for adults and/or adolescents.
- Provide both in-person and virtual counseling sessions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each client's needs and goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with other members of the practice when appropriate.
- Maintain professional, ethical, and clinical standards of care.
Qualifications
- Fully licensed in the state of Texas as an LPC or LCSW.
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related mental health field.
- Ability to provide in-person services in the Katy, Texas area.
- Ability to provide virtual therapy sessions.
- Experience working with adults and/or adolescents.
- Compassionate, professional, reliable, and client-centered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in joining a supportive and growing private practice.
